Why should you book directly with the hotel?

By contacting the hotel directly, rates are more advantageous than online portals, as there are no commissions to pay.

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is located on the seafront of Tortoreto, in front of the sea.

Are all the rooms sea view?

No, the hotel has both rooms with hill view and rooms with sea view which has an extra charge of € 10.00 per day.

Are sea view rooms frontal?

Not all. Some are frontal, others are lateral.

Is there a shuttle service to / from the stations?

Yes, for guests who book directly with the hotel we provide a shuttle to the stations of Tortoreto and Giulianova.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, the town of Tortoreto provides a tourist tax from 15/6 to 31/8 of € 1.00 per night for each guest over the age of 14 for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.

Does the hotel have a private beach?

Yes, the hotel has a private beach right in front of you, just across the promenade.

How are umbrellas assigned to the beach?

The position and the row are assigned according to availability on the day of arrival.

Is it possible to use the beach service after check-out?

Depending on availability and request at reception, we leave the beach service after leaving the room. Probably it will not be possible to keep the same umbrella assigned during the stay but will be assigned a new location.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

No, the hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Do you accept animals in the hotel?

No, we do not accept animals.

Does the hotel have a parking space?

Yes, the hotel has not enough private parking for all guests. Alternatively, if there is no availability at the time of check in, we provide free coupons to stop in the paid parking lots in front of the hotel.

Is the kitchen equipped to prepare meals for the children?

Yes, according to your needs, we prepare meals for the children following the directions given to us.

What time is the room available on the day of arrival?

We guarantee the delivery of the room from 13:00. You can arrive at the hotel from early morning and use the common areas. It will be our pleasure to deliver the rooms as soon as possible, even before 13:00.

Is it possible to rent bicycles?

Yes, the hotel offers free bicycles.

Does the stay start with lunch on arrival?

Yes, in case of full board the stay begins with lunch on arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Is it possible to have lunch instead of half-board dinner?

Yes, you can choose which meal to use communicating in advance.

In the case of payment of a deposit the cancellation is still free?

Yes, all bookings are free cancellation, also by paying a deposit which will be refunded in this case.
